I’ve lost 7lbs in since Monday on the South Beach diet. Very happy about that!
Went to see “The Incredible Hulk” today. Left me cold. “Iron Man” was much better, and all the Spidey movies. Looking forward to “The Dark Knight”.
Got a copy of “Woofstrapped” today in the mail…Adam’s latest porn movie. I’ll take a look at it…I’m sure it’ll give me continued inspiration to stay on my diet!

There is nothing like a lean and good looking gent to inspire getting into shape, or taking your clothes off.
